Highest Praise Church of Irving is a CityServe church because we've partnered with Rochell Place apartments in Irving to offer a church service in their clubhouse.  The pastor and other members are excited about what God is doing in our city and within our church that is three years old.  We are under watchcare with the DBA, and we are excited about the fact that they would even consider us to be members.  We are so thankful, and we look forward to doing our part in building up the kingdom of God.
