Interested in being Coached?

Are you ready?  The value of your coaching experience is largely up to you.  Will you make yourself available for 2 hours per month for coaching sessions?  Will you be transparent with your coach, identifying core issues for discussion? (All coaching sessions are confidential).  Are you willing to follow-through on the action you've planned?  Great!

Why Be Coached?

Both new and experienced church leaders can benefit from coaching.  An effective coach can help you:

  • Focus on the important things--how is God leading you?  How is He at work in your church?
  • Foster creative thinking.
  • Identify blind spots which can sabotage your effectiveness in ministry.
  • Work through specific personal or ministry challenges by identifying action steps and removing barriers.
  • Improve relationships with family, ministry staff and church members.
