A Dallas Baptist Association Lifechangers intern is a young adult who 

• is sold-out to Jesus and following His way.
• is actively involved as a member of a DBA church.
• wants to experience relationship and ministry in an urban neighborhood.
• is willing to be accountable to an on-site supervisor and a DBA staff person.
