Is God leading you to consider serving in a DBA church? Does your church want to let others know about an open ministry position?

Both potential employers and employees, pastors and staff, full-time, part-time or interim, even volunteers will find a way to easily connect online through the DBA Job Board.

“Job hunters” may create and post a public resume for potential employers to view.

Churches and ministries may view resumes of potential candidates.

Churches may request access to resumes. Information provided does not represent a recommendation or endorsement of a person for a ministry position. Churches are responsible for reference and background checks.

DBA will post church staff position openings. Please send job description and contact information.

Ministers and support staff seeking a new position may send your resume by email. Your resume will remain active for up to four months, but can be reactivated after that time by request. You may also deactivate your file at at any time.

Occasionally churches request a public posting of a ministry position opening. You may view these here.

DBA maintains a list of all known pastorless churches in the Association. Changes occur frequently, so please contact the church directly for the most up-to-date status.
