Changes to DBA's Constitution and Bylaws were approved at this year's Annual Meeting. 

They will not become operational until a second vote of approval at the 2010 Annual Meeting.

The Texas Baptist Men organization is waiting for clearance to fly over the water filters that are packaged for Haiti. As soon as they get the ok, TBM will move into Active Response. 

This is a picture of the water purification system that Texas Baptist Men are trying to sending to Haiti.  5,000 of these water purification systems are waiting for clearence before they can be sent.  Each system costs $30 and TBM has spent $150,000 on faith to send these water systems to Haiti.  Please make a gift to TBM to help the people of Haiti in their desperate hour of need.  You can donate online by clicking here or send a check to:
