Leadership Training
Several times each year the DBA provides leadership training specifically geared for church planters. Basic Training is a two and a half day workshop that provides the basic tools for starting a church. Participants learn how to identify their focus group, craft mission and vision statements, develop an initial core group and implement workable strategies to start and grow their church. Basic Training is designed for church planters who are within six months either way of the beginning of their new church.

Advanced Training is geared for church planters who are in their second or third (or later) years of their church plants. This workshop deals with issues like staffing, facilities development and breaking growth barriers.

Spiritual Growth Retreats for Pastors and Leaders are ideal times to get away and work on your personal spiritual development. We provide several of these throughout the year.
