Dallas Baptist Association helps pastors, church staff, church planters and other leaders strengthen their church's ministry.  DBA's three focal points for leadership development are:

• Skill and Leader Development
•  Coaching

If you are the pastor of a small church, join other pastors in the Allied Baptist Churches of Dallas for inspiration, fellowship and partnership of resources.  Monthly gatherings are usually the 4th Tuesday of each month except June and July.  The next meeting will be at 10:00 am on September 28 at the DBA office, 8001 East R. The DBA office has various DVDs and media equipment available to our partners.  Some items are free to use, and some require a small usage fee.  These items are available through the partnership and support of DBA churches and church plants.  Items must be reserved through the Leadership Development Department, and can be picked up and returned to the DBA office.  Contact Cindy for reservations and information.
