Dallas Baptist Association does not offer loans.  However, we would be happy to talk with you about other organizations that might be helpful.  

Below are a few of those resources.  The information is current at the time it is posted.  You'll certainly want to talk with the organizations personally to confirm all details, though.

Small Church Matching Grant

$5,000 grant matches $5,000 raised by church.

  • Church 5 years or older
  • 100 or less in worship attendance
  • $100,000 or less in annual church income
  • $200,000 or less construction project cost
  • One time eligibility

Small Church Loan

$25,000 loan, 6% interest or half of prime, whichever is greater.

  • 10 year term, $277 per month payment
  • 100 or less worship attendance
  • $100,000 or less annual church income
  • $200,000 or less construction project cost
  • 30% maximum monthly debt ratio
  • $900 per month church income required

  • Maximum loan - $7,500
  • Maximum repay - 6 years @ ½ prime

"CFM offers a full array of loan programs to qualified SBC churches.  These programs encompass: construction loans; small unsecured loans; refinancing of existing church debt; as well as permanent financing for 20-year mortgage loans.

"In addition to loan programs offered by CFM, we maintain a database of both Baptist and secular lenders who have a desire to provide financing for Southern Baptist Churches."
