Each year, Dallas Baptist Association gathers information on the work and ministries of our churches. Each church is asked to report statistical information about its major program and ministry areas by completing the Annual Church Profile (ACP) and returning it to the association office.
Having a current ACP on file is required for many cooperative efforts such as funding or grant requests and DBA equipment use.
The information will be submitted electronically. There is no need for you to mail it in. You may choose to print out the information for your records, though.
Please make sure you complete all 3 parts of the 2011 Annual Church Profile:
Part 1 allows you to give basic information about your church.
Part 2 allows you to tell about the ministries of your church.
Part 3 designates your church's representative to the Executive Board, the monthly voting meeting of DBA.
Please complete your church's ACP as soon as possible!
