Job Readiness Ministries

Dallas Christian Women's Job Corps and Christian Women's Job Corps--Grand Prairie prepare women for meaningful work by providing classroom instruction and mentors. 

New Creation Bible Church's Hope Coalition is the newest Christian Women's Job Corps ministry in Dallas.  They recently graduated their first class.

Cliff Temple Baptist Church's Goslin Opportunity Center provides job skills training  for men and women in Oak Cliff.

Brother Bill's Helping Hand offers the Pathways job skills program for neighbors in its West Dallas community.

Dallas Cup Hospitality Center

kesslerparkdallascupTeams from all over the world come to Dallas the week prior to Easter every year to participate in the prestigious Dallas Cup international youth soccer tournament.  DBA and Collin Baptist Association churches provide a hospitality center for players and coaches at First Baptist Church, Frisco.

Typically, about 200 players and coaches spend time at the center each day.  Church volunteers serve food and chat with guests. Glen Jolley, a DBA pastor, serves as chaplain for the center.  Each year several young players and coaches make decisions for Christ. 

Your churches can be part of an international missions experience by hosting a 1/2 day shift at the center.   Churches provide 200 hot meals and a volunteer team of 5 -10 people.  For more information, contact Jana Jackson at 214-319-1166.
