Messengers attending in-person may vote on the annual business of the association.
Messengers to DBA’s annual celebration are elected by their churches to vote on association business. Messengers will elect a moderator and vice-moderator for the association, approve the annual budget, approve the Nominating Committee report, and deliberate on any business presented during the business portions of the annual celebration.
