Design development strategy for IC: Identify funds needed, preferred funding targets, and approaches.

The Worship Arts and Communications Minister, working under the direction of the pastor, is responsible for all aspects of the music, audio, video and lighting associated with each weekly worship service as well as any special services. Planning should be bathed in prayer along with coordinating with others to ensure the worship complements the service theme. Design and coordinate all church related communications in a manner, which timely keeps the congregation and community informed of all matters relevant to them.
